Green smoothies are delight for our skin – they're clearing acne, cause they’re packed with full of easily absorbable nutrients that your body can use easily to repair and heal your skin. The trick for good and healthy smoothie is that you add a bunch of greens, (spinach, kale, lettuce, ...), some fruits, some liquids and you blend it. Easy as it sounds!
What do we love about green smoothies?

- 1 ½ cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1/2 avocado
Blend all together until smooth! Enjoy it!
