I can't imagine a week without doing my workout. Not only that it helps me to stay in shape but it also clears my minds and makes me very relaxed.
As you might have read in my previous post here, I'm hooked with hot yoga und running, two kinds of sports where I can push my body to the max. When practicing hot yoga I really try to go deep into each posture, and when it comes to running I switch between sprints and long runs which are approximately 10 km. Sometimes I have the feeling that I have to stop and can't go further, but a little voice in my head is always pushing me by telling me "Just a little more! You can do it!". And yes, I can. The feeling afterwards is just amazing. I guess it is also this feeling afterwards which makes me work out the way I do it.
Water is essential when pushing so hard. I love EQUA bottles not only because they look pretty (which is a major fact for me) but also because they are made of glass. I hate to drink from plastic bottles - even if they are without BPA. I just don't believe that you don't swallow little particles of plastic, which are definitely harmful to your health. For me it would be a paradox working out to feel good on one side and then on the other side swallow harmful plastic particles.
By now I own 5 pretty EQUA bottles already. I keep one on my office desk, one on my nightstand and one next to the couch. The other two are my workout buddies. This way I make sure water is always within reach to drink enough and stay hydrated. What’s you recipe to stay hydrated on every step?
