Working out is an important part of staying healthy. Besides keeping you strong, healthy and in good shape, it also helps to detox your body.
We believe you are already taking some good care of your body and sticking to EQUA’s 3-day FREE DETOX Plan, but to get the most out of it, it’s important to exercise on daily basis too. You don’t need to go pro with your working out, but moving the body creates the conditions for the body to breathe, stretch, circulate and sweat normally. Gentle, low-intensity aerobic exercise, half hour walk 3-times per week or morning stretch is good for your 3-day detox ritual, since it gets the body moving, heart pumping and the lungs breathing deeply. We love to do some Yoga too, because poses are also beneficial for detoxifying certain organs.
Keep in mind that it's good to drink lots of water during a detox period, because by increasing your water intake, your body can flush out unwanted toxins more effectively and then works better.
