1. PROPER CLEANSING
Keep it clean and fresh all the time. In order to properly cleanse your skin, you must first completely remove all makeup, than work the cleanser into the skin for 1 to 3 minutes and than remove everything by rinsing repeatedly with water.
Dry skin gives you an aged overlook. To avoid this, you should apply moisturizer, or even better mask, every time after you cleanse your face, because cleanser removes your skin’s natural oils from its surface. We’re recently obsessed with this homemade avocado & honey face mask, which helps stressed-out skin to recover from a day spent outdoors. It’s really easy to make, so you should try it!
Dead skin cells can do more harm than good. By gently scrubbing them away, you are able to help reduce the amount of break outs. You should use a gentle facial scrub 2-3 times a week and we suggest this homemade face&body scrub mask. Be careful you don’t over-do it!
4. DRINK PLENTY of WATER
Drinking the appropriate amount of water each day expels toxins from the body. If your body doesn’t receive enough water, it must release toxins in a different way, such as through your pores. Our suggestion would be to drink 4-5 EQUA bottles of water each day to improve the look of your skin. Remember that drinking caffeinated beverages can be dehydrating, so you’ll need to drink extra water when you have caffeine.
5. CLEAN YOUR CELL PHONE
Your cell phone screen is covered in bacteria! You’re constantly touching the screen with your hands, and the oils and bacteria from your skin stay on the phone’s surface, which you put to your face later on. Keeping it clean is one of the most essential but underrated ways to improve the look of your skin. Carry an antibacterial wipes with your all the time and gently clean the screen of your cell phone on daily basis.
