Recipe: Avocado Detox Smoothie

Avocado is known to be a rich source of vitamins, minerals, good fats and antioxidants, so an Avocado Smoothie is just perfect to detox your body and get it stocked with nutrients as the seasons change. 

What you need?
½ avocado
1 ½ cups of apple juice
2 cups of spinach or kale
1 apple (unpeeled, cored, and chopped)

Put all ingredients together and blend them till it reaches your desired consistency. If you prefer a thicker consistency, use slightly less liquid.
