Recipe: Raspberry Mint Infused water

When in need of a quick detox, we suggest trying infused water that is full of antioxidants and could even help you loose weight. Aside from being a really healthy drink, it is also a really delicious one.

What you need

  • 2 tbsp of raspberries
  • few leaves of fresh mint
  • 2 L water
  • 1 sliced lime (optional)

Put all ingredients together and chill them for at least 2 hours.

Detox tip

Raspberries are known as an excellent source of vitamin C as well as dietary fiber, that can improve your memory and lower the risk of obesity. Mint leaves will boost your digestion and add favour to the drink.
