The cup I have been searching for years

It is perfect for my needs, I can make cacao in it by just putting all ingredients in and shaking, it doesn’t spill and it stay warm for long. Thank you for making this

Loša izrada

Šalica je dizajnom predivna, međutim vec nakon par korištenja čep je potpuno promjenio boju i vise nije krem nego smeđi, što je s obzirom na cijenu neprihvatljivo. Pokušala sam reklamirati proizvod međutim upućena sam da kupim sama novi čep. Sestra ima identičnu šalicu i njena je i nakon 200 kava ista dok je moja promjenila boju i izgleda nehigijenski, što govori da je greška na proizvodu ali nisu ga htjeli zamjeniti.

Difficulty opening the lid

While the overall design is appealing and the cup itself seems durable, the lid is incredibly difficult to open. It requires so much effort that it becomes frustrating to use on a daily basis.
