Timeless Matcha 1000 ml

I bought this bottle and after 3 days a very strong "metallic" smell came from it and the water had a very strong "metallic" taste. I did not carry any other liquids in the bottle except water. I sent a complaint to customer service and was told that I did not take good care of the bottle, even though it was cleaned every day with soap and a brush for the interior. Also, the bottle does not keep cold/warm as declared. Until now, I used their glass bottles and there were no problems with them. I am very dissatisfied with the Timless Matcha bottle.
