Beautiful bottle and an even more beautiful team of people!

I bought the Timeless off-white thermos bottle more than a year ago, and I love it! It holds up to 1L of water and keeps it at the same temperature throughout the entire day. I must say the only downside to this bottle is that it is a bit heavy, especially for a clumsy person like me. Unfortunately, I have dropped it several times, and although a bit roughed up, it still does the job. On one occasion, I even lost the sealing ring of the lid, but the company sent me a new one without any extra costs. I love Equa bottles, and I am definitely buying new ones for sure!

These guys were extremely unhelpful. I am from uk and i order a diary and a bottle. The planner was some cheap product which you can get better of poundalnd therefore irequested a refund which i had to pay for the delivery and its was £10 to return. So much lose, theres no goodwill gesture at all appauled with the service. They even stopped replying to my email too

All your thermo bottles are EXCELLENT in keeping the liquid hot for a very long time and we are overall very satisfy with them. The only thing is that the lid of the bottle is not quite good, because the plastic/rubber circle in the lid is falling out. I'm not sure if this is suppose to happen.
