It's not about how much you drink but how often!
The recommended amount of water to be drunk per day varies from person to person, depending on factors such as physical activity, weight, age, etc., which makes it really hard to say how much you should drink per day. However, the real problem doesn't lie in how much your should drink per day but how often!
DRINKING FEW SIPS OF WATER EVERY 30 MINUTES IS THE KEY TO YOUR WELL-BEING AND GOOD LOOKING.
If you want to keep things simple, then make sure to follow these guidelines:
- Don' t wait until you're thirsty - when you feel thirst, it's already too late! Take a sip every half an hour.
- Keep your EQUA bottle on your table when at work, in your bag when on the go and next to you when working out.
- Make sure you own a bottle you'll like - it'll make you drink more
